The 6th Floor Museum is dedicated to the legacy of President John F. Kennedy. Located on the 6th and 7th floors of the infamous Texas Schoolbook Depository, this is a fascinating museum. |
Affectionately, or maybe not-so-affectionately, known to the locals as "Jerry World;" Cowboys Stadium is more that just where the Cowboys play. One of the biggest attractions to the stadium is the gallery containing a large collection of modern art. |
When you enter the Dallas World Aquarium you begin your tour immersed in a rainforest. Working your way down to the marine aquarium and eventually outside you get to experience many various and exotic creatures. |
Maybe you just want to sit back, relax and take in a Trolley Tour of Dallas. OK, so you have to be your own tour guide, but this is a fun, and cheap way to explore Dallas. |

Kor-BQ - Korean BBQ fusion. Mark's favorite quick meal in town. All Good Cafe - Jen's favorite restaurant in Dallas. It's all good. She recommends the Grilled Cheese w/Green Chilies Murray Street Coffee Shop - A nice little coffee shop that Jen found that serves great sandwiches. |
Cafe Brazil - With various locations around Dallas this has become a regular stop whenever Dennis (Mark's brother) comes into town. Buzzbrew's Kitchen - Despite the name sounding like a bar this is one of Mark's favorite breakfast spots. |
Cafe de France - Darrel (Mark's Dad) can't recommend the Chicken Cordon Bleu highly enough. Hard Eight BBQ - This restaurant was recommended to us by Joe (Lee's Fiance, and Jen's future Brother-In-Law.) We absolutely love the Chicken Poppers. All of these locations can be found on the Google Map at the top of this page. |
